Asset Present New Disruptive Energy Models at Kings College London
Our Managing Director and Co-Founder, Paul Burnett will be presenting on ‘New Business Models in Asset Management’ at an upcoming Constructing Excellence event in Kings College, London. Paul will be sharing the stage with speakers from Oxford Brookes University, BRE and Synaps LLP and will be providing an insight into new disruptive energy models that Asset+ are pioneering in the UK.
The concept of paying for performance isn’t new but is not normally associated with the procurement of energy. Asset+ are turning this on its head and offering clients a model where they pay for what they actually want – negawatt hours. A model where clients start actually paying for real performance i.e. energy savings rather than for stuff, boilers, insulation etc and praying for results.
